Every case that I've been remotely interested in getting, they're all in backorder so for the time being, I resorted to purchasing this case on eBay for .49 and I'm very surprise how great it looks and feels on the iPhone.
Question by troutmandavis: How long will my iPhone 4 be on backorder?
I recently ordered a 16gb iPhone 4 on July 5th. When I call to track the order it tells me the phone is on back order. What does this mean and how much longer will it be until they ship the phone out?

i ordered mine july 7th and they told me 5 to 10 days at the most but now it says backordered so i called and they said several weeks but they said for sure it give it another week :(

I purchased my iphone 4 on July 2nd. I have never experiment any drop calls, bad signals. This phone is the best phone that I have ever made.
I guess this is like Apples version of the Toyota Sticky pedal. I don’t care what anybody says. Apple can make a great product thats almost perfect. Toyota can make a great car thats almost perfect too.
The iPhone 4 is amazing. I couldn’t be more happier with this phone. The funny thing is, is that I get more signal strength than previous. LOL!

I have returned my iPhone 4 due to antenna, proximity sensor, and Bluetooth audio quality issues. I’ll just wait till apple sort out the antenna and most likely skip the iPhone 4 generation.

@DeJerBear yeah tomorrow is technically the latter half of the month. I’m on the verge of just getting the black one…. but to me the white one just looks more futuristic somehow. SInce i’ll be using it for at least the next 2 years i want the color i like best.

yea but if wifi was not working why didn’t he just use the 3g, hmmm apple is ok but i think they are just beating people with the little changes and hihg prices, but then again this is buisness if there stupid people that will buy it make that money. look at the so called new xbox 360(no hardware changes but everybody going hard) ive had every phone and just gave up some phones come out way to fast hard to keep up.

I ordered mine on July 6th and they said it will take about 3 weeks, about a week later i got an email saying it will only be 24-72 hours before my i phone 4 came, so even though they might say it will take a while, sometimes it might be faster. By the way back-order means they have to hold off your order because they have to many orders or no new ones have arrived yet… don’t worry it will come soon…Good luck and i hope i helped :)
